This is by far the best recipe I have tried all of qtine & that's saying a lot because I've been cooking quite a bit. Cooking is the creative process I love because it's mostly structured with a bit of improv AND there's a reward at the end!

It's is carbonara - which just means it's a combination of egg, cheese, and bacon to create the most delicious sauce for pasta - but with an Asian twist.
